Ano difícil com a pandemia e eventos pelo mundo cancelados, Campeonato Brasileiro de Parapente não ficou fora, Mundial na França adiado, volta atrás e decidem que a Argentina será sede e outros eventos cancelados, fez a cabeça dos atletas darem um volta, informações sendo colocadas em massa nas redes sociais e com isso, claro que facções foram formadas e cada um defendendo o seu ponto de vista… Na minha opinião uma forma correta é que todos os passos e planejamento seja claramente exposta e a partir dela se tomar uma decisão, inicio da PANDEMIA trabalhei de JUIZ no Pan Americano de Parapente em Baixo Guandu – MG, onde a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde tomou seus cuidados e o evento seguiu com mais de 120 atletas, no caso do Brasileiro foi mudado a data inicial devido as diretrizes estaduais referente ao virus e logo em seguida uma nova data foi aprovada e posto em pratica através do Decreto Municipal de Governador Valadares as regras para realização… Inscrição e entrega de kit mantendo poucas pessoas no local, com máscara , higienização e controle de temperatura… Briefing de Segurança VIRTUAL e começamos o evento com o dia treino, subida da rampa com vários pontos de controle, acesso somente de pilotos com seus carros particulares e resgate devidamente identificados por credenciais e pulseiras que eram trocadas diariamente, prova no quadro e janela aberta, pouso fora da tradicional Feira da Paz para não promover aglomeração, um fato triste foi o pouso do piloto Fernando Rocha num local com mato alto onde havia um cabo de aço cruzando, com o impacto fraturou o braço e costelas, feito exames no Hospital e foi liberado para ser operado no Rio de Janeiro.
