Mais uma vez uma nova parada nos rumos em Junho 2012 uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o da PMA para uma equipe de trabalho realizar, pois abriram novamente a pauta sobre as velas de competi\u00e7\u00e3o e seus usu\u00e1rios!!!&#8230; Hora isso n\u00e3o vai parar, que MERDA!&#8230; Os que mais se prejudicaram foram pilotos que n\u00e3o v\u00e3o ter velas para competir pois defendem empresas que n\u00e3o se atreveram a mexer principalmente em seus recursos financeiros para ingressar em um novo projeto em cima da hora!!! Ser\u00e1 que foi a medida certa?&#8230; Ser\u00e1 que as outras que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o com seus novos projetos ir\u00e3o se beneficiar ou n\u00e3o?&#8230; Fica aberta novamente os rumos do Parapente de Competi\u00e7\u00e3o, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova classe&#8230; Valeu a pena tudo isso?&#8230;. E as empresas que est\u00e3o na reta final de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o como ficam&#8230; E essas que fizeram e homologaram como fica&#8230; Bem essa novela MEXICANA est\u00e1 quem nem o equipamento do Marcio Pinto!Hahahahahahah&#8230; Ser\u00e1 ou N\u00e3o, N\u00e3o sei, Quem sabe&#8230; Muitas incognitas, mas com uma luz no fim do tunel, espero que n\u00e3o queime at\u00e9 l\u00e1!&#8230; Pelo jeito 2012 vai ser um ano sem gra\u00e7a para muitos pilotos e para alguns a chance quem sabe de ser Campe\u00e3o Brasileiro!!!!&#8230; Nota divulgada, pelo visto o negocio vai ser 2013.<\/p>\n<p>General statement:<\/p>\n<p>For legal reasons PMA cannot recommend the lifting of the CIVL ban on Open Class. Instead PMA is recommending the introduction of a new Comp Class for 2013 along with a new comp licence for the pilot. The criteria for this Competition Class have to be established by a working group. Time frame: end of June 2012.<\/p>\n<p>1. PMA agrees unanimously to recommend that a new Competition Class outside the existing EN-D is necessary. Academy, FFVL and SHV agree to that as well. DHV is against it. PMA starts a Competition Class working group under the lead of David Dagault. Time frame: end of June 2012.<\/p>\n<p>2. PMA strongly recommends a mandatory SIV course for comp pilots flying FAI Cat 1 (and also PWC and Acro Comps) on their comp wing with competition harness. From the Europeans in St. Andr\u00e9 September 2012 on an official stamp in the pilot\u2019s flight book\/license should be necessary. A working group under the lead of David Dagault and FFVL + SHV has to define the SIV manoeuvres to be flown by the pilots. Time frame: end of March<\/p>\n<p>3. PMA gives the strong recommendation to CIVL to engage competition organizers to set their tasks with the aim to avoid being too low to throw the reserve by establishing turn points and goals at altitude and\/or giving bonus points for altitude at potentially critical turn points.<\/p>\n<p>4. PMA gives CIVL the recommendation to make a second rescue mandatory in competitions (CAT 1 \/ PWC \/ Acro Comps).<\/p>\n<p>5. PMA would like to set a speed limit as a quick fix for the actual EN D wings being used in 2012. This may be possible with a reference glider during certification. The reference glider to be used would be the Niviuk Icepeak 6 24 (if Niviuk agrees). Reference glider to be provided to each one of the test centres by the PMA.
